Sound travels four times faster in water than in air, which means vibrations are felt more deeply in the body. Water itself is cleansing, balancing, and symbolic of renewal—so pairing it with sound creates a profoundly restorative experience.
Once you’ve settled in to your cozy seat, we’ll guide you through a simple but powerful intention-setting practice. You’ll be given time to write a few meaningful words on paper, which will then be attached to your own personal glass bottle of structured water. Your bottle will be placed where it can fully receive the vibrations as the sound journey unfolds, infusing the water with your intentions.
