We’ll begin with a New Year’s ritual designed to help you reflect, release, and call in your intentions for the year ahead. Through gentle guidance and mindful practice, you’ll set the energetic foundation for renewal and transformation.
Following the ritual, allow yourself to sink into a powerful Sound and Energy Healing experience. The soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, tuning forks, drums, and Koshi chimes will carry you into deep relaxation, while Reiki energy, essential oils, and uplifting messages weave together to restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
