8/14: Acupuncture & Sound Bath

Acupuncture and Sound work hand in hand to support healing and a feeling of well-being

and deep relaxation in the body. These treatments can bring balance, grounding and a sense

of tranquility and comfort, and may help to improve issues such as problems with sleep, mood,

pain, and stress, as well as enhancing the immune system. All acupuncture points will be on

the limbs, from the elbows down and knees down, so you will not need to disrobe.
