Nancy Hodges owner of Radiant Alchemy combines energy healing, astrology chart analysis, intuitive practices, energy movement and meditation, and breathwork instruction to allow clients' spirits to shift and shine brightly. She works with families, teens, adults, and pets with a focus on anxiety and stress reduction. Her classes may help you navigate complex emotions, relationships, work and/or athletic performance. Classes are focused on raising heart-centered awareness for all. Nancy's ability to bring clients in alignment with their hearts and in flow with their energy is her true gift.

Prepare to relax and flow with your true self in Breathwork and Conscious Play guided by Nancy.
This class is for all ages who wish to release stress, anxiety, and negative emotions and calm and regulate their mind and central nervous system. Get out of your head and into your heart as Nancy guides this intimate class at the Oracle Collective in gentle, playful movements like Tapping and Tai Chi for the first half of class then wind down for a peaceful night with gentle guided Breathwork, music and meditation. Nancy’s inclination towards light-heartedness provides a safe space for individuals to anchor into their energy and connect with their higher selves.
BREATHWORK, MOVEMENT & MUSIC
Join Nancy's class to connect with your body, breath, senses, and sound. We'll begin with gentle movement, then activate our breath with an extended, easy breathwork session. We'll wrap up with a sound bath procured by Martha and Reiki by Nancy to take your vibe to its highest resonance.
Plan on 1.5 hours, dress in comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, any additional comfy cozies, an eye mask, and plan to drink extra water afterward.
